How Ideas Arrive

  What’s the difference in wording? Why is there a difference? Because the movie is shorter. But why else? I don’t know. Mom told you. Didn’t it have something to do with the actors? That possible. Other than the length, why is that movie so horrible? Because the actors don’t suit their parts. Is that dialogue-related? I can make it dialogue-related. How? By talking about how they don’t deliver their lines in such a way that makes the audience believe that she is Lydia, or that Charlotte doesn’t say “don’t judge me, lizzy.” That’s good. Try writing a paragraph or two about that.

That, my amazing readers, is how I come up with ideas for whatever paper I'm writing. It's amazingly fun. Seriously. Talking to yourself is really helpful.
The topic of this paper, btw, is Pride and Prejudice. I have to compare and analize the book to its movie(s).

Mr. Darcy is amazing, is he not?

Roomates

Well, I got my roommate assignment for the incoming semester.
I have two other roommates.
One of them is..... basically my complete opposite.
She enjoys the use of recreational drugs and drink.
She is a night owl.
From my guessing, she is a democrat, and an atheist.

Yup, totally different.

A Paper

So begins another paper.
This one is an 1800 word essay
describing the dialogue of Pride and Prejudice,
then comparing it to the dialogue of a movie adaptation.

I'm using the 6hr version with Collin Firth as Mr. Darcy.

I declare this version to be the best.

I feel like bringing some of the posts from my old blog over here.
The best conversations, at least.
That would be fun.

I miss my violin.

And my friends.

One of whom is having fun inhaling as much coffee as humanly possible.

Another is returning from the land of "eh"s, "oh, yea"s and "don't ya know?"s. 

Another still is recovering from what is hopefully the final knee surgery.

I miss them.

Returning to this stupid paper is prolly a good idea.

Class

Thus, the writing class begins.

We're learning APA style.
I am not a fan. MLA makes more sense.
APA uses up more words in the wordcount. Which is good.
That means I don't have to write as many words in the actual paper. ^.^

Pagecount>wordcount.  Always.

Also, the automatic bulletpointing on Microsoft Word is annoying. 

I haven't been practicing lately. It's horrible. I miss my violin.

Poor Antonio. Yes, I named my violin Antonio. 

I find it a fitting name for a 103yearold violin.

Oh, hey, we get to watch a movie today.
Or whatever you call a 27min. video

Why are you still reading this? There's nothing interesting in here.

Well, perhaps it's interesting, but I don't see how.

Meh. We actually have to analyze the 27min video.

An Urge to Blog

Thanks to the newness of this blog, I have an urge to type the random mush that is leaking from my brain.

English 102 is almost over.

The teacher is...... interesting.

I'm not a fan.

Also, I have a new cellular device.

It has a lovely qwerty keyboard.

 I find that interesting.
Not that I know what I can do with that information, but still.
